Problem Discovery

  • Tell me about the last time you encountered [problem area]?
  • What did you do to solve it?
  • What was frustrating about that experience?
  • How much time/money did it cost you?

Current Solutions

  • What tools or methods do you currently use for [problem]?
  • What do you like/dislike about your current solution?
  • How much do you pay for your current solution?
  • What would make you switch to something new?

Validation Questions

  • How often does this problem occur?
  • Who else is involved in solving this problem?
  • What's the cost of not solving this problem?
  • If this problem disappeared, how would your life change?
