yumpara
Rooms for rent between people - talk directly to the host, no agency, no commission.
About yumpara
yumpara is a marketplace for renting a single room or a studio flat, built around direct contact. Whoever has a room publishes it; whoever is looking for one writes to them and the two agree on the details together. There is no agency in between and no commission on the rent. Listings are organised by city and by neighbourhood, so you can look exactly where you need to live - close to a university, to work, or to a metro line. It fits students arriving for a term, people relocating for a job, and anyone who needs a room for a month or longer, as well as short stays where the host accepts them. Live in Barcelona, Berlin, Bucharest, Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, Milan, Tallinn and Toulouse, on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps.
