EmailPal is cold email infrastructure built for outbound teams and agencies. It handles everything between buying a domain and delivering an email. You can register domains or bring your own, and EmailPal sets up SPF, dual-key DKIM, DMARC and MX records automatically. Mailboxes are provisioned in bulk with SMTP and IMAP credentials ready to use. Built-in warming sends to real Gmail, Yahoo and AOL accounts, and a mailbox is only marked campaign-ready once measured inbox placement proves it. You can also lease pre-warmed inboxes on aged domains and start sending the same day. Deliverability is managed automatically, with hourly reputation scoring per provider and automatic quarantine and recovery of problem addresses. Other features include a unified inbox, list verification that detects catch-all domains, platform-wide suppression, a full REST API, and an MCP server so AI agents can provision everything. One-click CSV export works with Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay and other sequencers. EmailPal replaces expensive Google Workspace seats and manual DNS work: 50 mailboxes cost $69 a month versus about $800 on Workspace.
